After a successtion of classics from Ford Cortina's Opel Manta GTE's Triumph TR7's & Reliant Scimitar's i have finally bought myself a Rover P6. Its a 1975 2200sc in almond with rostyle wheels, purchased mainly because i am getting fed up with going back and forth taking the caravan to a show then going back for my classic and then having to do it all over again to get home. This one has a tow bar and i have been told they tow extremely well, lets just hope thats true.

If it's a manual car and a fairly lightweight caravan then it should tow it without problems. If it's an auto I'd have concerns over how the flexplate will handle it.

Hi there thanks for your reply, the car has a manual gearbox with brand new clutch and the caravan weighs in about 900 kg so should be fine.
