Hi just to say hello, ive just joined the club having purchased a lovely 1971rover 2000 sc from ebay of course ( but guy i purchased from a club member so car should be good) .Also we got a second car for spares and full inside with spares so should be ok for awhile.I will put pictures on as soon as i know how to.
I wanted a p6 ever since my dad owned them in the 70s and 80si remember riding in them as a child .As soon has i sat in it i was 8 years old again.
Second car has rot in floor edge areas but im going to practise welding on it if it goes well might turn into a long and casual restoration.I wonder how far the rot has to be before members say its to far gone.What repair panels are out there for repairing floor areas.
Also a set of leather seats came with the car anyone know were i can buy repair covers for them at a sensible price.
