hello everyone,

i'm chris (41yrs)from great yarmouth, norfolk. been into classic/custom car/hotrods all my life, in the middle of selling my hillman superminx then looking
for a p6 v8 auto. always liked them an decided a change was needed. must warn you my minx was highly modified but the rover won't be apart from change of wheels and a hopped up engine.

already had a look through the site and some amzing work being done to vehicles.

Welcome to the forum. A sensible choice for a classic car I would say :wink:

This is a great site with a lot of knowledgable people so unless you know what to look for when looking at P6s don't be afraid to ask as there are a lot of cheap cars out there hiding some horrors, and equally some gems.

Always wanted a cosmetically remodelled super minx a very attractive car with rather beautiful lines, there arr a few rather nice examples that I occasionally see around my city.

hello,

got a buyer lined up for my minx(fingers crossed it woks out ok!!) got my eye on a p63500 auto on ebay, down south.
 
Don't worry Chris, fate says it obviously wasn't the one for you!

Hello poprodder, I recently moved to Lowestoft and seen you on a few of the local forums and club sites we should end up meeting sometime soon, good luck with the search BTW, if you need a hand looking over a P6 give me a shout :wink:

Yes i was there and I saw you turn up.... Didn't know it was you though. I had my boys with me and the P6 on ECP forum you said your going Gillingham Sunday I hope to be too meeting at Mcdonalds, Hopefully see you then :wink:
