Hello all from Melbourne. I have rejoined the P6 fold after many years. I have owned a SC, TC, and four NZ assembled v8's. My favourite was the TC. Interestingly this car was a 1967 TC private import from Singapore and was a RHD Federal spec, white with blue flashes, side chrome strip, Rostyles and with the later tacho binnacle. I knew of one other in Melbourne that was serviced at the Rover specialist I went to. It was sold new in Singapore. Yet according to James taylor's book there were no RHD Federals. ? Always thought it was better built than the v8's i had. While at uni in 1975 I drove my TC around Australia, literally. And the only problems I ever had were bonnet damage when i hit a kangaroo, flat tyres and cracked oil sump when I drove down a creek bed in the Flinders Rangers.
Anyway I've bought a 1970 TC in average condition with a lot to do! For my sins I also own a 1973 HQ Holden Monaro GTS 4 door 350 with a Muncie box. One of 75 built.
