Front Wings

Gentlemen,

Am I right in assuming that the bottom of the front wing by the door is bolted up from underneath and is it likely to be UNF.

If I remember rightly there's a short strap/bracket pop rivetted to the bottom of the wing, the other end of which has 2 self tappers screwed into 2 square retainers pressed into square holes in the floor.
 
Just been working on mine today, and there are 2 plastic fittings in the floor, and you use two self tappers into the plastic as Harvey says.

Thank you, I shall have a proper look tomorrow, the nearside front is not fastened at the bottom. If it is missing the plastic parts I will make some to fit, are they square or round.

I think the holes are square, to stop the plastic bit rotating whilst screwing in/out. You may find that the short strap has come adrift from the wing, or that it is missing completely.
 
Ive had a look, the strap is there and currently it has a plastic panel fixing which is to loose so will make blocks and do correctly.
