front wing locating spigot

Does anyone have a spare front wing locating spigot and nylon bush? Rover part numbers 361464 and 361685.

I'm in the process of swapping wings but the spigot is well and truly seized on one and I've rounded the bl**dy corners off trying to remove it! There's no hurry for it though, still got loads to do before the swap over :LOL: I also need the nylon bush as I've lost one and the wing's flapping about in the locating hole!

Just to confirm, you're talking about the nut&bolty thing with the rounded end plus the plastic hole it goes into, right?

I explained that having had a look, the nylon bushes don't want to come out (no problem I can send the whole bracket), but I just wondered if anyone knows better? I.e. is there a trick to soften them with hot water or anything?
