FEK, prices still on the up!

S1 V8 - Based on what you can see from the pictures, this seems under priced

It looks like it's had some welding done in the engine bay, and looking at the pictures with the back doors open - maybe some work in there, or in need of some. It's still not a bad price for an every day car.

I've just picked up a '70 s1 P6B for less than that. Needs welding, but the panels - exception: drivers door - are pretty straight. Webasto sunroof and passenger grab handle. Unless they're concours, or close to, they're not going for more than £2k.

..sounds like 'UPN'..? :?

It is. It's not from the guy who had it up for sale a few years ago though. She was brought up to Surrey as a non-runner. The guy I got her from got her running and I was able to drive her home. Has had some welding done, but there is more to do.. I need to get into her in depth before I decide whether to keep or strip her.

With the number of repair panels available these days, she shouldn't be too hard a fix. Needs a rear o/s wheel arch, boot floor and a little bit in the engine bay along with the back half of both rear sills. We'll see if there is anything else.

I have a picture of that car at Crich (?) something like 20 years ago - it was immaculate then (weren't they all!) & I always wanted one similar.

3 years ago I got almost a carbon copy! :D
