Federal 2000TC? - but from France?

Item 320199700154 appears to be close to a Federal spec 2000TC. A '69 S1 but with thin chrome side strips with a blue coachline under and blue 1/4 panels and the blue background to the TC badge on the bonnet. Interior looks right for my understanding of S1 Federal spec too with wood rim wheel, rev counter and wood gear knob. But the underbonnet view shows single line brakes and I would have thought a Federal would have had dual circuit and dual servo?

I would expect a dual circuit system for the federal spec cars - this was required on 1967 and later model years for cars sold in the US

I think the wooden wheel and knob were available as options in other markets so they may have been original to the car or could be later additions by the owner
 
That's identical to one that I had in New Zealand a few years ago - except the NZ one being RHD of course..

Same wooden steering wheel and gear lever knob, trim strips, rev counter etc
