Around and about in Wyre Forest District, where I live - that's Kidderminster, Bewdley, Stourport on Severn; Worcestershire- seen this nice grey MK1 Rover 2000. Reg starts FBA ...B , didn't catch middle Nos . Has square number plate on boot. Driven by a young lady, Always a good reason to notice a car!. Yet to see it close up. Drove past it early this morning , all windows of my own car closed , but sounded like V8 (Talago????) Probably mis heard, and would obviously be 4 cyl; 2000.It was earlyish this morning!! Looks a nice car and good to see being used regularly. Seen it a few times now.

Could it have been FPA by some chance? If so the guy who owns it lives in either Worcester or Droitwich or between the two, if my memory is working. The car is a 2000SC Federal look-alike, rebuilt by John Windwood some years ago, after it had been involved in the historic rallying scene.

The car had its windscreens, heater box and red interior installed on one of the RP6C club displays at the National Restoration Show, Stoneliegh in the mid 90's and .... no it isn't a Talago.

Yep! Think that was the car. So much for my eyesight, memory , hearing (V8?) -shows my age!!!

Spoke to James Rumney, he suggested it might have been export car with square number plate.Been seen a few times now, but only with young(ish) girls driving
