Decent quality ball joint boots?

Chaps,

On my MOT last week the tester highlighted that my suspension balljoint boots are just starting to perish and will need changing before they split - thing is that they are only 18 months old, being fitted with the new balljoints just before my weldathon!

So question is - where can I get a new set of boots made out of decent rubber that will not start to go home in less than two years? Any recommendations gratefully received.

Thanks

Jamie

Hi Jamie,
We have a bag of assorted boots at work which seem decent.
So i bought a bag full from GSF parts people ( stores nationwide ) who we use for our non franchise cars in workshop.
I dont know if the largest boot fits the top joints has i haven't tried yet but looks as if should.
Fitted one to my mates 2000 on the front suspension tie bar ball joint and fitted good.
Price, cost me about 18 pounds for the bag.
Regards
Clive.
