Colour Magazine of the Rover 2000 and 3-litre Saloon & Coupe

I spotted this on eBay and wondered if anyone has seen this or has a copy? Described as a colour magazine but no details on content, number of pages etc. Is it a proper magazine or just a sales brochure?

I bought one of these, along with a 3 litre dealer promotional poster/brochure at Christmas time. The drawings are fantastic, and they're a lovely period piece.
