I am working my way through the process of removing the rear calipers on my 1970 2000TC. Whilst under the car I was a bit concerned when I noticed that the clearance between the rear discs and the mounting bracket for the final drive seemed very small - maybe about a centimetre. Is this normal? Concern levels grew when I noticed the bracket has "Auto" stamped on it even though the car has manual transmission. Should I be worried?
