Blanking plate for Petrol pump

Anyone know where I can get a blanking plate to fit where the mechanical fuel pump fits on the V8?

Now have an electric pump.
 
take the gasket for the petrol pump and use it as a template on some steel plate. You can reuse the bolts just shorten them a bit.
You can even reuse the gasket if you like!

I wouldnt buy one ever.
 
can you remove the opereating lever and if doing so, will the pumnp leak, if yes and no, then do that and fit it back on. weights a bit more than a steel or aluminium plate but won't sap any power.
 
How precious is your time, for the sake of £4.95 I couldn't be *ss*d making one for that money. If you wanted to leave the old pump on you could just cut the operating arm off, and then refit it, but I'd still pay the £4.95 myself to make it look better.
