Autotrader £120 or £1200

The important stuff is the stuff you cant find in an advert - i.e. hows the base unit and sills...

I'd suggest 1200 is a starting gambit ( this is autotrader so classified ads - not a buy it now like ebay ) so go along have a good look and haggle hard!

£800 might be what you would hope to pay - if they've put 1200 on they're probably hoping for a grand...

I have spoken to the guy selling this car - he actually put me off going to see it (I have a list of people who wish to buy a reasonable P6 and I'm always looking).

The vendor told me that he had a punter who was going to buy it and that I'd better be quick. It was obviously an attempted bluff as it's still for sale.

When I rang him there were no photos - there now are and it looks pretty bad, I'd probably have been wasting my time if I did go :(

You were right not to go Nick. I asked him for some photos a month or so ago and he said his camera was broke. I decided to go and look at it but the wife talked me out of it using the phrase ( Dont you go wasting our fuel looking at another load of rubbish, wait for the pictures first). How right she was it seems.

What type of door mirror is that

"CURRENT OWNER FOR THE LAST 26 YEARS P6 ENTHUSIAST."

I seriously doubt that any P6 enthusiast would fit a lorry mirror to their pride & joy.

"ALMOND YELLOW NEVER BEEN REPAINTED."

But definitely needs repainting now. :?

120 Pounds is a bit stiff for that peice of Cr@!& more like call the scrappy to tow it away.
