what are the speedo numbers in yellow? I had a Rover 2000 and that instrumentation but don't remember the numbers in yellow
That is an interesting car. It has the tail light assembly without the reversing light in it, and has the separate reversing light. It is an SC with the manual gearbox, these are very rare in the United States!
Consulting James Taylor’s book the change over of the reversing lights occurred in February’66, so it could be a 66 model. Is was probably also originally positive earth, although without a battery in it, you cannot see how it is now!
Yep, that’s a price for a nicely running, clean motor. Not that car.Now spotted in California close to me. Nothing changed except the price doubled. Oh and it is a P5 now:

Optimistic to sell a P6 for anything above peanut prices round here. But this might take the biscuit. I might think about buying it for what it is actually worth.
