Airbox drain hose replacement

The air intake for the heater/AC unit on my 3500S NADA has a rubber drain hose. The hose is about 3/4" ID, has a rubber flange for attachment to the box, then an immediate right angle bend. What's left of it is about 10 inches long. It has crumbled. Can anyone suggest a source for replacement? Mail order please, I am in the US.
