A splendid day at Ley Hill Common was had by all who attended the classic car show there last Sunday 14 August.
The final few miles of the drive from the Case is Altered took us along narrow twisty lanes through some of those most beautiful of Buckinghamshire villages and when we arrived at Ley Hill we were given a big welcome by the organisers who we must thank for putting on such a superb and well organised event. Between 100 and 200 classic cars of all vintages attended ths excellent Classic car event.
The cricket club bar was open with reasonably priced beer. A barbeque supplied wonderful home made beef burgers and absolutely delicious sausages from the Geff Martin of Chesham. But to top it all the sun shone brightly.
