Hi, complete car apart from side trims and front over riders. photo's dont give much away.

I just had a look at that ad. There is one very good omen - in the picture of the rear seats you can just see a bit of the D post - and there is a small black bung there! That means it's been waxoiled at some stage. Make's it worth going for a look to me!

Hi All,
Yeah i just bought it and the best bit on it is the Webasto roof which is in really good condition which i managed to open today after much lubricating the tyres have lots of tread and almost new exhaust. The interior is rip free so all in all quite a few good spares i bought the car mainly for the Webasto and other bits so am happy with my purchase

I bought it for £300 probably a bit high but i wanted the Webasto roof

3x sets of very tidy S trims standard nuts engine i will get running tomorrow after lubing the bores and turning by hand the engine oil is clean and trans fluid nice and pink the funny part about it is the floor/box sections beneath rear seats/sills/arches and even the engine bay water channels and inner wings and are solid BUT the boot floor and boot seal shut areas are going :cry:

Dont know yet i'm still mulling it over need to way up actually how much work is involved after more poking and prodding but looking at it at the moment the major bit is the boot area and panel replacement I am confident that the engine will be healthy having seen the condition inside the rocker covers even the rocker shafts are shiny clean with no black death on them so if the engine and box are good it looks like i may try and save her :?
