Hi all,
has anybody stripped down a water pump from a 4 cylinder car before? I started to strip my old one with the aid of heat and brute force but she's reluctant to let go, it has moved but I'm not sure how much more I can brutalise it.
The reason I'd like to strip it is there is play in the shaft and I think I could recon the innards. Any further advice will be greatly appreciated,
