3500s woodrim wheel

after watching wheeler dealers, i noticed in the 3500s that mike brewer was looking at in the garage, had a woodrim wheel on it with 3500s logo anyone know where i could pick one of these up.

Yes they were an option for any P6,normally fitted to non pas cars due to the large diameter being easier to steer with!
Excellent ones will sell for at least £100+!!
The things to watch out for on them are they split as they get a lot of stress put on them,and the wood grain effect can wear away,they are not actually wood but a form of plastic!!
Its best if you can inspect one before buying it,or hope you get an honest Ebayer selling one!
If you have pas,then go for a smaller proper wood moto-lita like this! "see pic"
Excellent looks,smaller size only 14"!!
Mines an auto,so Ive fitted a P5 horn push badge as I like it

I've got one floating around in a shed, along with an original wooden gear lever knob.

They came from a 1970 S1 2000TC, New Zealand new that was in mint condition when we bought it for my sister - she was about 16/17 at the time. It took her about 18 months to take it from showroom condition to a wreck that we had scrapped..
