1977 - water pump

hi iv just bought a 1977 sdi rover as a project the previouse owner removed the water pump and lost the bolts to screw it in the block the pump housing is a p8374 there the numbers stamped on it there must be about 6-8 bolts and it looks like there are two dif sizes id app some advice cheers :cool: :p
 
5/16" UNC x 3" - (1) - BH505241
5/16" UNC x 4 1/4" - (1) - 254035
5/16" UNC x 1 1/4" - (3) - SH505101

you should get these from any decent fastener stockist. make sure you torque them down the right amount. you may want to replace all the bolts; I had two break when I resused mine; I had to remove the timing cover but fortunately the bolt itselft was easy to undo after cutting a slot in it.
 
Would it be easier to use a length of studding cut up as required and washers and nuts ?
You need to use sealant on the threads according to the manual
