Did you do any more about your gearbox ? Mine seems to be doing the same , it was fine ( although slight slip when cornering ) , until the other week when it wouldn't do anything in first ,second or drive ( reverse ok ) , oil very low so topped up with correct stuff , took for test drive today...

Looking to replace my p6 , I'm after a blue series two , don't mind what engine size , want one on the road as opposed to a project , anybody know of one for sale ?

Ok ,update, gearbox oil nearly empty , topped it up , drove round the block a few times fine , left it running for a few minutes jumped in and put into drive and it stalled again , fuel pump was clicking away ( plenty of fuel in it) m my v8 has always run hot and when it overheats it does the...

Thanks It did do the same last year when it got hot sitting in traffic , put it into drive and it would jump then stall , let it cool down and ok again.
