    I did manage to have a look at the tap again last night, the leak is coming from the pipe nearest the bulkhead, i nipped this up to see if that will sort it, if not i will have to take the tap off and start again. Is a leaking reserve tap a common fault? if so what should i be looking for...

    Yes i forgot to say that the tap is behind the engine! I wanted to know if i removed the starter motor it was easier to gain access? ME

    Hello My fathers 3500S has a fuel leak which looks as if coming from the reserve tap, Is there an easy way of removing the tap? i can only just get my fingers to it. Thank you Mark

    It would be easier to tell you what was right!!!!!!!!!! it was just a very bad example to show, i was a kids version of pimp my ride :oops: sorry but not nice, really bad paint work (bonnet) blaclked out (ish) windows not all matching and some kind of dodgem kit on around the sills
