Wooden Frame

Dear all!

I need the wooden frame for the Webasto Sunroof. Is there anybody who knows where I can get such a part or is there anybody who sells such a frame in an excellent condition?

You would be better off using whats left of yours as a pattern and getting one made by a local carpenter.
It would be loads quicker as well. :wink:
 
Thank you so much! I live in a Socialist country. There are all the traditionalist handworkers strongly under pressure. Only the company controlled by the governement as well as international Companies has a chane to survive. The small one can only survive with small prices. And so we have a lot of New-Austrians (declared as "experts") . One of them I asked. 2 Weeks ago. And when I asked on friday, I get just a lot of fear. I should ask another one.

Tomorrow I will ask another one. I hope I will get a more fearless and more competente answer from another "carpenter". I am sorry to say but Austria is a Republic which will "sinking soon". Thanks the People which vote for the Downfall: no education and future but only the social benefits. Unforunately comparable with the Greeks....

When I get the draft back, I will take the measure and photos. May be it helps......

For at least the last 40 years we were voting, alternating in the government political parties with seemingly opposite views, but which were all without exception pushing methodically and in a very determined way to the destruction of our scientific research, production and education, while at the same time were lulling the naive with some "candies". They say that if elections could change things they would be illegal, which seems to be sad, but true.
I still remain optimistic for the future, but not before a hard reset.

I realise that the above will not help you with your wooden frame, but perhaps would answer some other of your questions.
To return to the topic, over here you can still find people that will be glad to "get out of their route" to help you in similar situations. In a similar way i am sure that you can find a carpenter that will help you with your sunroof, it will just require a little more search. :)
 
Anyone who's hobby is carpentry maybe happy to do it for you in exchange for a few lager tokens. :wink:
