What the???

Re: What the F**#

 it does have new spark plugs though.

Maybe his Missus told him, "you'd better sell that old banger".
"Yeh, all right luv, don't worry, I,ve got it listed on eBay". "What, no bidders! That's a shame". :D

Now, if you see mine listed for £50k, you will know why :D

I was going to post a link to this advert, but have been beaten to it. I assumed it was a case of too many zeroes, but he's obviously made the same mistake twice. Looks to be a trader.

It might be a touch expensive, but it does qualify for free road tax, so that's a bonus :)

Still, no harm in the seller having a sense of humour, at least that hasn't been outlawed yet . At least I don't think it has.

I always feel a bit uneasy if one of the few comments on the car are: Goes like a rocket???????

1 careful owner and 7 clueless ones springs to mind

I also worry when you get statements like "new main bearing shells and big end cap shells"... No mention of whether the crank was checked or reground when this was done.. In my experience, once the shells have gone to the degree that you notice it, the crank's probably gone a bit oval too. Smacks of a quick fix to stop a buyer noticing to me..
