What cars appeal to Rover owners

Well,it all depends on what you want
We fried inside RVW a black P6B with no Ac last summer ,on a long road trip when the temperature was 35C . Mrs went on strike and demanded an old car with decent A/C
British cars including older Rollers and Jags normally have feeble A/C and spare parts costs based on the current price of gold . The answer proved to be simple, a Jensen Interceptor MkII , a lovely brute with 7 litres of bullet proof chrysler V8 engine and proper american sourced A/.C.
If 3:5 litres of Rover v8 are good good 7;0 litres must be better?? all I need is an oil refinery to keepthe gas tank topped up
Cheers

Lucky man. Interceptors are good value for money AND Rover P6 wheels fit ............ (I would imagine?)
Any chance of some photos ?

Yes If someone can provide a child's guide to posting pictures . i'm old enough to mourn the passing of BSF bolts and spanners . More a Luddite than a computer nerd ,I need stupidly simple assistance .Every time i use Microsoft's " help ' button i need help to understand the reponse . If I could understand the answer i wouldn't need to ask the question !!
Cheers

Hi Dave, my view is that there are just so many about. As for fuel economy they are not much worse than our V8's. The turbos being considerably better, upwards of 20mpg. All run on unleaded. Apart from the complex brake system everything else is quite straitforward. (Just deficult to get at). Regards, Nigel.

Bentley Turbo or a Silver Shadow. Cheaper than a P5B these days. Regards, Nigel.
Strange that - why have RR's values fallen while other classics go up ?

Because they're all being driven by chavs and footballers these days..
