welding exhaust manifold - welding exhaust manifold

Hi I,ve just aquired a very early (65) 2000 it has a crack in the exhaust manifold,does anyone know if these can be welded (cast) or am I better off looking for a good second hand one. thanks gary.

Weld it up so that you can use it whilst looking for a new one!

P.S. My next door neighbour ran a V8 Landrover for 20000 miles with a welded up mainfold whilst he was looking for a replacement!

I got the manifold of my 2000 TC welded several places a couple a years ago. I'm still using it, but now it has a minor crack that i dont think was welded last time.
