US P6 with Delanair air conditioning

Well, it was a UK listed option so they must have sold some. Personally I've never seen one though.

If you wanted to retro fit one American-British have got a complete system for sale on Ebay - to find it you need to include the buy it now ebay shop sellers.

The car on Ebay looks well worth re-importing. It's definitely '69 cos it doesn't have the opening rear 1/4 vent windows. Other nice features include a full set of the thin body side strips. These were available as an extra for fitment on UK and European market cars almost throughout S1 production. I think they were a hangover from the 2000S which debuted in late '65 (might even have been over-ordered production stock - the 2000S was cancelled after only 15 cars). It also has the very rare 2000S style upholstery with the "airtex" seat panels. Other touches include NADA side marker reflectors without the lights fitted additionally to the 3500S (ex P5B) and an icelert.

As a '69 car it would have been one of the very last 4 cylinder NADA/Federal cars. A very small batch of S2 TC's were done towards the end of NADA 3500S production after a gap from the '69 cars like this one.
