Does any one know where you can get these badges.

JR Wadhams lists them but hasn't got any. I have heard they were available new somewhere, any ideas?

Hello Colin,
I wonder if we had a large enough demand for them perhaps someone would make a batch! (Put me down for at least one, probably two, and three at a push!)
If you have a "tatty" badge it is possible to strip the old paint off and re-paint (not as good as new original but still very acceptable!). I have done a couple in the past and describe this d.i.y. process in P6 NEWS of April 1998.
Regards, John.

Hi John & Pete,

I will have a look at the Car Club of Australia.

I don't have the emblem on my badge as it is one I picked up cheap.

I have emailed the chairman to ask if the club can get a batch of bonnet and spare wheel badges made. I have noticed that the price of some items is excessive for what it is and if it can be produced for the club and the profit put back into the club then members might not feel like they've been dealing with Dick Turpin.

New bonnet badges are £32 from classic badges (who are out of stock) and rover parts are selling them for £64. if £32 is making a profit the £64 must be great, although to be fair I think the more expensive badge is a genuie rover and the half price is an exact copy.
