For those of you who want to make a weekend of it, we are running an afternoon road run on Saturday 10th September around the local area, which will be caped off with an evening meal in a local venue.

There are a few caravan/camping spaces with power for anyone who wants to camp on site and plenty of local b&b’s. There is also a restaurant on site in the golf club itself. In a change to the original plan instead of the Sunday evening buffet, we now have an all day BBQ operated by The Hawksyard Estate Superb Chef, so food & beverages will now be available allday .
The gates are open from 09.30am and entry is £6.00 per car to the sunday rally, payable to RP6C in advance using the booking form available from (http://www.p6club.com/node/270 ).

Please return your completed entry form to the club address, marked for The National Rally.
Passes will be sent out very shortly.
Email editor@p6club.com for further information if you need it.

PAE will be there :) (without me across the bonnet this time... apparently it's unbecoming :) )

Hopefully I wont have deformed her too much with my welding attempts :D
Hopefully i'll make one of the earlier meets too.

We have a couple of P6 spares retailers coming to sell their wares and also we have Autosmart doing various demonstrations. We also have PADS dog display team for your entertainment and a bouncy castle for the children. For part of the day, we will also have a Staffordshire Police Mobile Camera vehicle with us demonstrating how the mobile cameras work. We have cancelled the Sunday evening buffet in favour of an all day BBQ which is being operated by the Hawksyard Estate Chef. There are also more trophies and awards this year than we have ever made available, most of which are based upon participants voting, so get in early and make sure you get a good spot as responce in the last few weeks has been tremedous and we maybe running out of space before much longer.
That all said, why haven't you all booked in yet?

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MAIN DAY OF FESTIVITIES IS SUNDAY THE 11TH SEPTEMBER.

Saturday the 10th September festivities includ a short road run and an evening meal at a local hostalry.

There is also a special very unusual plaque for everyone who advance books to the event.

SEE YOU ALL THERE!

Just got back from the members meal and what a superb meal it was too at a nice pub/restaurant on the outskirts of Rugeley.
Before that we were at the Hawkesyard Estate measuring out the space and putting up the flags and its going to be a bit tight but we should get everyone in OK. That said after speaking to the owner today, we have secured the use of an overspill field, just in case.
So we'll see you all tomorrow at the rally, gates open at 9.30 am, AND if you want to come and haven't booked in, don't worry we'll make a space for you and your P6 of course, so come on down to Rugeley.
Be seeing you!
