Hi all,

Does anybody know if it is possible to fit a rev counter to a '73 2000 SC that only has a strip speedo ?, if so how difficult is it to do?

Yes, it is very possible. There was a nice little pod which was optional and held the re-positioned clock and the rev counter.
They appear on e-bay occasionally. I bet Ian Wilson could supply you with pod and tacho.
I have the pod and tacho as fitted to the 2000TC from 1967 I believe fitted to my Three Thousand Five - The red line is set too high so I am looking for a tacho from a V8 to exchange it.
I would imagine the wiring is very simple.

No, I was offered one, but declined as I have more things I felt were more important that I needed to do first!

There is a Tacho and pod (sans clock) on offer on e-bay at this very moment - It was still at £1 when I saw it this afternoon, must be worth a bid.
