P4 Rover King Pins,, installation?

Iam putting King Pins Seals onto my P4 Rover, question is with the new aftermarket seal available from ebay, in what direction do the seals face? where can i also get the bearings(balls) from? i believe there 1/4 in size thanks Roverfreak

This topic is covered in detail on the P4 web site. Note the manual is wrong as far as the way the seals should go in - the lip should face the oil !

The bottom one should face down, middle one face up and the top down - i.e. the lip with the coil spring should be internal and the flat face external.
