Monaco Grand Prix - B/B,,Hotel!! Help locating

Hi all.
I am hopefully,"will be!!!" sending my dad to Monaco for the grand prix in May for his 65th birthday.
I can get the race tickets and the flights ok!
But trying to find some B/B,or hotel accommodation for 1 person for 2 nights, for fri 23 may and sat 24 may is proving to be a tad difficult ???
Is there anyone out there that can point me in the right direction or knows of a good B/B or hotel between Nice and Monaco that isnt over expensive??

All the family added to the pot,Thanks to a cancellation!we even managed to get him a seat on a helicopter to the race from Nice!!
Wish I could afford to go with him!!
