Some years ago I was attending the annaul Display Day of the Rover Owner's Club here in Sydney, Australia, and something caught my eye.
I was looking at a very nice P6B which had been placed in storage by the wife of original owner during the late 1970s. The new owner, having purchased the car from her during the early 1990s had it on display. The needles in both tachometer and speedometer were red as opposed to white. I cannot recall if all the other instruments were also matching in this respect.
I asked the current owner about it, and he said that was how they were when he purchased he car.
Has anyone else ever seen P6B instruments with red needles? Did British Jeager make a limited run of such items?
