Inlet manifold gasket.

Any ideas on how long it would take a decent mechanic to replace a the inlet manfold gasket? I might need to get mine done soon.

As a guide the book time to remove/refit an inlet manifold on a V8 auto is 2h 39m. Anyone who knows what they're doing and doesn't encounter any snapped bolts should be able to do it comfortably in less than that.
