hi from the sunny west midlands . i owned a p6 about 22yrs ago . it was a 2200sc model in lunar grey . p reg , it was my wedding car . now 22yrs later and 4 children ,i,m looking to get back into one of these lovley cars . i would love to get a p reg 2200sc in lunar grey . but to be honest i would like any model ,

You've come to the right place then :wink:

There is a "selling" part of the forum and also a "Spotted on eBay etc" section where members note cars that appear on any of the classic car selling websites, sometimes we've noticed them going round and round so if you find one that you're interested in, its worth asking the forum the question, it might be known.

I see you're in the West Midlands, you're in a good place there for some potential "help" in either finding one, or help looking over one so that you don't end up buying a lemon. So shout if you see anything, there are some members in the Wolves area that might be able to help.

My 'Vanessa' was our wedding car 10½ years ago - good choice :wink:

thanks for the welcome brian , yes i have had a look in the sections you,ve mentioned .some good looking motors in there .i will definatly take your advice about asking other forum members about the cars that i will be looking at , i would like one that needs a bit of restoring . but not too much :) , a sort of rolling restoration , thanks again , mick
 
Hi Kingfisher. Two years ago we had been almost neighbours since I used to live in Far Cotton, Northampton. Good place, by the way, and at some point linked with my homeland here in Spain for over 700 years. I felt at home (well... almost) when living and working up there.


Well, regarding your wish, I recommend you a visit to either http://www.carandclassic.co.uk or http://www.classiccarsforsale.co.uk. I bought my P6 through Carandclassic and the purchase was superb. Of course you have to keep the eyes wide open, but usually the offer is ample.
