Idling away the cold months here in NJ. I have a distant memory that the 3500 three pot calipers need the 3500 upright. Is this right or can I swap just calipers and discs?

I have just replaced calipers and discs, but my minilight replica wheels don't have the same offset with the standard rims, so i cannot be sure if there are any clearence issues with your Rostyles.

You can just swap calipers and discs as long as you have girling 2000 uprights not Dunlop

The rostyles are actually the same size as the 3500 on my car. It has 3500 hubs at the front and kinked leading arms at the rear.

I am told that 4cyl disc rotors are a smaller diameter than the V8 version - would be obvious I suspect. Those 3 pot calipers were also used on a range of vehicles in the day - SAAB for one , seen on Wheeler Dealers.
Not looking at 4 pot Defender calipers?
