Floor foam

Hi all,

in the driver's side floor i found a piece of foam when i did the interior. However, it doesn't seem to fit there particularly well.

So i just want to know if this is supposed to be there, and if yes, what is the exact position, under the pedals or in front of the seat. Is it something like the support in the front passenger footwell?

I have the interior out of my 2000 TC at present and I found no foam on the drivers` side at all ???

hi all 4 of my p6s have an expanded foam block on the passenger side only,......

OK, i 'll take it out then, it doesn't seem to be any usefull at all.

Nothing like that, it just makes one of the lower "valeys" in a P6 floor,flat.
I found out that it's more comfortable without it.
I have no idea why the previous owner fitted it there in the first place though...
