Don't think it will. The manual and auto versions had different header pipe arrangements. The manual headers are longer and join together further back. I think that the manual pipes will not clear the autobox on your car. From the mid-box backwards should be the same though.

the downpipes are different and can not be interchanged, however the last two or three years they were altered, but only the back two boxes, the auto boxes were made a bigger diameter to the size of the manual so that you could use them on either of the cars. i think from memory 47mm and 62mm ring a bell, tell me if i am wrong. you will have to measure the diameter of your exhaust and see if it is the same as the 's'
