Chapron P6 convertible-Paris

Hello, I was at the Paris Retromobile last week and came across this P6 convertible converted by the French coachbuilders Chapron. They are better known for the Citroën DS conversions. Anyone know this car?

Strange use of the chrome waist moulding only on the rear wing.

I think their DS convertible is better - they are worth serious money £50K +

The mouldings are missing on the doors, (you can see the rusty marks around the clips) as is the front wing. Obviously another one for the unfinished projects department. I've got loads of those! :D

going back to daveherns comment, spotted in knightsbridge, london, this morning a very nice ds convertible, maroon colour, with brown leather interior. with very good chrome. it was on a (H) plate. left hand drive

Round the corner from me there's a Citroen SM slowly rotting away in someone's front garden. Not been touched for years
Shame
