put new pistons and seals on car this afternoon but could not finish them as I forgot to get some brake fluid so I put the repainted calipers on and will get fluid tomorrow. I also noticed the master cylinder is weeping so a seal kit for that will be ordered this evening
covered my faded wood veneer yesterday with some sticky back vinyl .
Pleased with the result for a grand total of £6 !!! .

Got a few days off next week and thinking of replacing seals as the dust ones are shot but I use the car daily so was wanting to get the parts in advance so I can avoid being with out it, hence the reason I was after confirmation of the parts kit I need.

I just drained the tank leaving a little bit in to get me to the shell station, put £30 of v power in went on a short run and is back running as normal so v power is what I will use in future even though its 30p a litre more at the moment, as you say it can be an expensive hobby
