Very happy to say that the car has been moved on to someone who promises to bring it back to it's former glory. I've enjoyed enormously my 10 years of P6 ownership. The car owes me nothing and has been an absolute pleasure to drive.

Every new plastic bodied switch I fit (from approved P6 supplier) leaks after about 3 weeks. Car is '71 P6, 3500V8 Auto
1) any ideas what might cause this
2) is there a metal bodied alternative from a modern vehicle
