Rover 75 - problems - engine mount? vibrating in left curves

Hello everyone,
I am thinking about BUYING a Rover 2.0 V6 with 140,000 km.
The car has these problems:
- Rust (underneath) -> rear wishbones have rust. Jack mounts have no rust yet.
- The car vibrates slightly on left-hand bends, but only when you accelerate. What could that be? According to the seller, left engine mounts.
There are also minor defects, e.g. door panels, or that the display in the instrument block has stripes.
On the positive side, however, there are reports on the maintenance history of the last 15 years. For example, the following have been replaced: timing belt, water pump, brake lines, exhaust, automatic transmission oil.
I have these questions:
1) Could this really be the left engine mounts or something else? Is that a big problem? How much would it cost to get this fixed at a garage?
2) I have written something about the maintenance history, can you think of any other things that should be replaced or that I should ask about?
Many thanks in advance for your help.
Best regards

The cambelt change on this car is not cheap. I think it takes about 6 hours and has 3 belts. Check when it was previously done.
