Wiper switch for single speed

So far I have only found detailed information on the PRS5 switch for two-speed wiper motors.

Is there any more information on the single speed switch?

Does anyone have the Lucas document in PDF format with the DR3 wiper motor?

So far I have only found the older version with DR1 and DR2.
