Wiper Motor Replacement

Guys,

Is there an easy quick way to swap over a wiper motor- note using the existing drive cable, so its a straight swap but noted there is not a lot of room and undoing the little bolts on the drive motor is a pain in the backside!

You can do it the way you suggest, but if you find access is a problem you could always remove the decker panel.
