Which model is this badge from?

Hello, I was clearing out my stuff from my late mother's house and came across this badge, I have had it for over 30 years. Can anyone tell me what model it is from? Many thanks.

A reasonably early series 1 P6.

After the metal backed ones but before the push on badges.

Or possibly a MK111 P5 (late '65 - '67), which, IIRC, used the same grille badge as the recently introdced P6. (P5Bs had a totally different style).

Not quite. The Mk3 P5 used the same insert as the first P6 badges. This is a later one, so not the same.
