Yup so did this one, once.

No cats, straight through round 'silencers' with the bottom cut off and a flat plate welded on to get another inch of ground clearance.

Sprayed on, I have this kit PRO-WAX INJECTION KIT with an additional spray nozzle to spray like a paint gun, it takes minutes to do.

I pumped 5 litres of clear into every cavity on the car when I built it a couple of years ago and also did the bottom at the time. This time is a top up.
