Water pump and fan question

I am restoring a 1970 Rover P6 3500 NADA. I replaced the water pump with a GWP 310 which is the unit both Rimmer and JR Waddams sell. My A/C car came with a viscous coupling to the fan. This water pump does not appear to work with a viscous coupling. I don't see a way to remove the hub from the pump.

Do I need a different water pump or is there a way to make this work with the viscous coupling?

If not can I purchase a fan to bolt to this water pump?

You can get your original water pump rebuilt by these guys so you can go back to the viscous set up.
