Hi All, as you may have read I'm sorting out batch production of my design of the uprated anti roll bar. For ease of production I'll be using 25mm round stock instead of the hex stock I used in mine.
It has a few features that make these a better fit than just a larger hex part clamped with the same clamp.
1: The ends will be 17mm hex sections so the clamps will securely hold the bar under cornering.
2: It has a staggered and radiused transition to the full 25mm section - this will reduce stress risers.
3: They can be fitted using the same proceedure as the original factory ARB.
4: I'll be having these made in the UK under license so shipping shouldn't be awful.
I've attached a photo of my one beside the original bar. I've had mine fitted for 7 years now, and as some of you know I use the car on track as well as the road.
Price will be GBP 175.00 plus postage.
