Starting at a hundred bucks in Indiana...

My guess would be that the rust is only panel dust rust and not in the structure at all, certainly a good deal for some one.

That looks like a decent, original and very rare car. It must also be the slowest P6 ever made! 2000 auto with all the worst of the Federal emissions gear. :LOL: Still gotta be worth saving, all the NADA extra bits are there. Lights, reflectors, dual circuit brakes. Only non-original part I can see is the speedo.

How do we know the speedo is not original?
 
Looks like a great project for someone, and at the price, an interesting car!

Steve, the speedometer isn't original because it has the yellow numbers 1,2 and 3, indicating the maximum change-up points in each gear, whereas an auto only has 1 and 2, in yellow, with just three gears. :)
